As Lead Designer, I guided the end-to-end web design process from wireframes to responsive templates. I built a scalable design system and partnered with internal UX, content, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience across global regions and devices.
Working closely with external agency partners, I helped integrate interactive features such as personalized agendas, attendee tools, and sponsor directories to bring function and flexibility to the site’s design system.
The result was a high-performing, modular platform that streamlined content delivery, improved accessibility, and enhanced engagement for thousands of global attendees before, during, and after the event.
