For Salesforce Connections, we created an interactive showcase with Crocs that expressed the brand’s bold, playful personality while highlighting how Salesforce technology powers the customer journey. Attendees explored a seven part lifecycle, from insights to personalization to service, brought to life with vibrant design and dynamic storytelling.

The design emphasized Crocs’ unmistakable identity, with bright colors, bold typography, and intuitive navigation. Each stage of the journey presented Salesforce technology in a way that was clear, approachable, and fun. By combining storytelling with strong brand expression, the experience made technical concepts accessible while reflecting the creativity of Crocs.
I led UX and creative direction, developing the structure of the journey and defining the visual system. I collaborated closely with Salesforce product teams and Crocs stakeholders to align design decisions with both brand personality and business goals. I also directed the adaptation into a mobile version, redesigning layouts and flows so the experience retained its energy on smaller screens.

The Crocs activation became a centerpiece at Salesforce Connections, driving high booth traffic and extended dwell times compared to standard demos. Attendees engaged with multiple stages of the journey, sparking conversations that generated stronger leads and deeper product interest. The addition of a mobile version extended its reach beyond the show floor, making it a versatile tool for campaigns and future events.
