The Salesforce Data Cloud Use Case Library was created as a central resource to show how Data Cloud drives real business outcomes across industries. The goal was to design a scalable, easy-to-navigate platform where users could explore use cases with clear value stories and supporting details.

We designed the library to feel approachable, consistent, and flexible. The experience needed to accommodate a growing number of use cases while keeping navigation simple and intuitive. A modular design system was created to support repeatable page structures, adaptable layouts, and reusable components. The visual direction emphasized clarity and accessibility, while iconography and illustration brought energy and differentiation to each use case.
I led the design from concept through delivery, building the system that underpins the entire library and defining the overall art direction. Custom iconography and scalable templates were developed to ensure consistency across every page, while AI tools such as Midjourney were incorporated into the process to generate industry-specific imagery for over 30 use cases. Beyond visual design, my responsibilities extended into UX strategy, shaping the structure and flow to align with how customers search, filter, and consume content.

The Use Case Library became a cornerstone resource for Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling teams to showcase customer success stories in a unified and compelling way. The design system provided the flexibility to continuously expand the library without compromising quality or usability. The project demonstrates how system-level UX and UI design, paired with strong creative direction, can deliver a lasting foundation that evolves with business needs.
