This global campaign for Salesforce Marketing Cloud redefined how the platform’s customer data solutions were presented. Spanning six use cases, it showed how data and AI power personalization, automation, and engagement across industries. The campaign was designed to scale across digital channels and extend into OOH placements through a flexible design system.

A bold, approachable visual system combined lifestyle photography with data-driven UI moments to illustrate real outcomes. A comprehensive design system and set of templates kept the campaign consistent across 150+ assets, while also making it adaptable for large-scale placements like billboards. AI tools such as Midjourney were used to generate industry-specific imagery, adding depth and variety without slowing production.

I led art direction and design from concept through delivery, creating the design system, templates, and UI elements that defined the campaign. My work focused on making Salesforce’s data and AI capabilities visually clear and engaging while ensuring scalability across formats. I also integrated AI-driven image generation to quickly produce accurate, industry-specific visuals that elevated the storytelling and supported large-scale adoption.
