Partnered with Crocs to create an immersive touchscreen experience that allowed event attendees to explore how the brand uses Salesforce to unlock data-driven personalization and gain a 360-degree view of their customers. The experience was designed to reflect Crocs’ distinctive aesthetic and featured real product UI to demonstrate the practical power of Salesforce in transforming customer engagement.
I supported visual design, UI, and overall journey flow, working closely with product experts to translate complex insights into a clear and engaging experience. As the design lead, I was onsite during the event to oversee implementation, provide real-time support, and ensure a smooth and impactful execution from concept to final delivery.
